At Suit Culture, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unaltered premium tailoring. If your garment isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all original tags are attached and place the suit in its protective garment bag before securing it in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned items for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
